We’ll journey from somatic awareness into deep listening to our guts, building trust and connection through touch, shared weight, and spatial awareness. The practice invites us to arrive into “nothingness,” allowing presence and fullness to emerge.
We’ll give full leadership to our guts — letting this incredibly wise inner compass guide us, and witnessing how it shapes the dance.
Let’s make deep research and relaxation sexy again!

In the second part we will join the Global Underscore*, having a jam connected with the wold wide CI-family.
